We deliver packages through international couriers like Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. Customers can choose the shipping method they like. But the default shipping methods are unregistered/registered Air Mail, if you want express shipping contact us before place the order.
We ship to almost all countries except following countries due to political disputes. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Lebanon.
Please write the Address in English Language, it can help the shipping company easy to read and handle the package.
The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and size of the package(s). The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries.
Delivery Time & Tracking
Order is split into two parts: Processing and Shipping
Processing time – From the time we receive your confirmed order to when we send it, 1-3 business days are needed to prepare and pack the stocks if they are in stock. If stocks are unavailable, we will inform you.
Shipping time – The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.

After dispatch, we will update tracking no. (Tracking no may not be available for unregistered Qpost shipping) into our websites within 24 hours working time. You can track your order and detailed location for the shipment in relative online websites link as we offered. Due to different shipping company and shipping method, the online tracking info often updated within 1-3 business days after we shipped out the goods.
Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.
As between you and us, all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed or limited.
All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefor.
Tax & Custom & Duty
Please note: All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your (and not our or the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s) sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered. Velvee is not responsible for any import duties and custom cost when goods passing your country custom.
Usually, to make sure the package go through destination country custom smoothly, Items shipped will be declared at the real value. Every country custom have different requirement for import, some countries are strict and special, have limited for the declare value, description, shipping method; please check the import duty rule of your country before placing order. You can send us the declaration instructions if have special request when packing order.
Please note: Velvee is not responsible for custom tax if goods was hold in destination custom. If package is unlucky hold by the custom, customer has the duty to contact with custom and pay for some charges to get the package to arrive safety. We will do our best to support to clear your custom such as offer commercial invoice in time etc. If any customer do not want to clear custom casing the goods returning to us or shipment confiscated, all the charges need to be paid by buyers.
Velvee ship to virtually all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered can be delivered in your country.
Velvee ship products by the shipping method of your choice. If any change, Velvee will contact you in advance.
Velvee will make every attempt to accommodate delivery requests, however we Do not guarantee delivery for specific time. The large volume of deliveries and the unpredictability of the challenges faced on some deliveries prevent us from being able to absolutely guarantee the time it will arrive.
Please be aware that if the orders are not able to deliver successfully because of delay customs clearance, tax number, or the information supplied is not correct and delivery is ultimately not made, the parcel will be destroyed or returned to Velvee. All fees will be burdened by you. Once parcel is delivered, sending back is not accepted unless product itself has problems.
On arrival of the order, you are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered and must highlight any issues upon receipt with the carrier. If any further damages found after unwrapping, you will need to be reported within 24 hours to Velvee or directly to the Sales Consultant who dealt with your order. Due to the necessary procedures in claiming the cost of sending replacements, we may need to be provided with pictures, video of damages, as proof before we can process replacement claims, these can be sent to us via email or mobile phone.
